Time Through Crates demonstrates the differences in the Patterns of time and the day span I have experienced in Seville in comparison to my days in Ireland.
Crates are prominent objects used in Spain in shops, bars, florists and many other places. I wanted to house my daily experiences through crates I collected from local shops in the Macarena area. Each crate represents a significant part of my day: onebeing morning, one being evening and and one being night; encapsulating the progression of people’s day in Seville. The crates hold found objects that I associate with Seville andrepresent my personal connections with that time of day.
